Before you write
Four things that let us answer usefully
- The outcome you want. A bill passed or stopped, a rule changed, a permit moved, a story managed.
- Your deadline. Session calendars are unforgiving; timing usually determines what is possible.
- Who is opposed. Even a guess. It tells us what the fight actually costs.
- Whether you are already represented. We will not interfere with an existing engagement.
Sensitive matter? Say only that you need to talk and we will call you. Do not send confidential detail by email before we have a relationship.

Our chairman comments regularly on Alabama and national politics. For interviews, panels, or podcast appearances, email us with your outlet, topic, and deadline and we will respond quickly — reporters on deadline get priority.
We do not comment on client matters, confirm client relationships, or discuss pending legislation on a client's behalf without their authorization.
